Although science is very logical, it is also very creative, in the sense that you need to think outside the box. I love it because as I usually describe it, ‘playing with numbers’ (since my work is heavily based on maths) is something that comes naturally to me.
I would describe science as a natural language that is decoded and understood by humans through various ways. As Denise said, it’s creative and requires you to think both laterally and logically. It’s beautiful and I find unravelling the earth’s history really exciting- there’s so much that we still don’t know!
